Ingenia Gardens is replacing all hot water systems across Victoria and New South Wales

Sharron de Bono, Operations Manager at ASX-listed Ingenia Communities, said it has been a “no brainer” to upgrade the resident’s hot water pumps in NSW after a successful campaign in the nine Ingenia Gardens retirement villages in Victoria.

“We were so happy with how they handled the process. How they dealt with taking care of the elderly people was exceptional.”

“The feedback was all I could have wished for. The interaction with the residents everywhere was amazing. Nothing was an issue.”

“It was a no-brainer not to continue with them and they are now working in NSW, where there is also a government incentive.”

Ms de Bono said the new electric hot water systems had a massive positive impact on the resident’s bills and she has been showered with praise from the residents and resident’s families, who often pay part or all of the bills.

Initial Consultation

We will call to discuss the details of the incentive and provide you with an obligation free assessment of your existing hot water systems to confirm eligibility.

Site Assessment & Upgrade Proposal

Our Technical Team will then conduct an on-site assessment to determine the optimal upgrade solution for each individual unit at your facility. An Upgrade Proposal is then created which outlines the proposed installation schedule, timelines and itemises any related costs.

Piping hot water is available the same day

A dedicated project manager will be assigned who works closely with management at each village to develop and coordinate an installation schedule that avoids disruption to residents and ensures that piping hot water is available that same day. All installations are carried out by trade qualified electricians and plumbers, with comprehensive warranties provided on both the system and workmanship.
