AUSTRALIA CYBER SECURITY ACT STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

Ecogenica Pty Ltd (“Ecogenica,” “we,” “our” or “us”) hereby declare, under our sole responsibility, that the devices identified below fully comply with the applicable security requirements set out in Division 2 of Part 2 of the Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025, being an instrument made under Part 2 of the Cyber Security Act 2024. This declaration is made in accordance with the requirements of Division 3 of Part 2 of those Rules.
Schedule 1 specifies security requirements that relate to manufacturers of relevant connectable products. The following requirements depend on the product design of the connected product:
1. Passwords are unique per device or defined by the user of the device.
2. Users can report vulnerabilities according to the Ecogenica Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. Users will receive an acknowledgment of any report submitted and updates on the status of their report until it has been resolved.
3. Ecogenica will provide security update periods for the products covered under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
